We are looking for high-energy, driven professionals with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude and natural sales instincts to join our Sales Development organisation. As Business Development Representative's (BDRs) you will exclusively map to one team and a Regional Vice President in a specialised industry vertical. BDRs will support 3-4 Account Executives (AEs) and are tasked with strategically developing and qualifying revenue opportunities within their assigned territory. BDRs work closely with their AEs in a business development capacity. Ideal candidates should be eager to advance in our organisation by demonstrating their ability to be tenacious self-starters every day.  



  • Generate net new business opportunities to fuel our Enterprise and Commercial pipeline
  • Create and prioritise strategic target account lists within a defined territory
  • Create a great first impression to our prospects and customers by providing them with a world class experience
  • Research and build "cold accounts" (i.e. adding contacts, sending emails, cold calling, prospecting)
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in Salesforce products
  • Conduct high level conversations with Senior Executives in prospect accounts
  • Evangelize and the On-Demand model
  • Partner with our experienced Account Executives to help fill their pipeline and develop your skills

Required Skills:

  • Strong desire to be in Technology Sales and building a sales career with Salesforce
  • Previous prospecting, cold calling, business sales experience (Software sales a plus)
  • Excellent Written/Verbal communication skills- Can you take the customer on a journey and tell a story about our solutions?
  • Motivated, proactive and dynamic sales approach
  • A drive for results
  • Can collaborate and influence in a “win as a team” environment
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Coachable and resourceful
