Insights Specialist

o Responsible for analysing business processes and identifying opportunities.

o Input into the monthly forecasting process, to ensure the Operational lead has appropriate input to sign off on forecast [i.e. – AHT reviews]

 Engage in ongoing reviews of business and financial processes and systems to ensure the companys evolving corporate objectives are met

o Leverage financial models and business cases to assess enterprise opportunity value and funding for resource needs

o Perform data analysis to draw insights from external and internal research, financial and market data, macroeconomic information, and other sources to develop insights

o Generate ideas that contribute to proposals and operational strategies, assisting in the delivery of successful solutions for the enterprise

 Lead cross-functional and/or virtual teams to design, develop and deploy programs of work

o Deliver best practice process improvement based on Business Unit and Corporate models and industry standards/references

o Identify blockers and develop corrective actions

o Participate in enterprise projects engaging with team members and stakeholders in the delivery of insights

 Building and maintaining effective relationships with peers, key stakeholders internally and externally.

o Build and maintain solid, productive relationships with industry partners, Telstra operational leads and key stakeholders i.e. Field workforce, Sales, IT.

o Identification and resolution of partner pain points, including feedback to the vertical on systemic issues requiring improvement

o Provides advice on process to Activation Services vertical and product teams.

o Works across the Mass Market Operations team to ensure success (e.g. inspect functions to ensure they are performed in line with expectations)

o Provide relevant input for all product launches and IT initiatives for Mass Market operations

o Provides high level of support to Technical Services Team Manager

o Maintain broad knowledge about Telstra business procedures.

o When required act as the leading subject matter expert in an area of skill and provide coaching as appropriate.
